Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Please read these Refunds & Cancellations Policies carefully before using our service.

Hotel Timing Policies:

  • Check-in time is from 12:00 pm to 11:30 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and will be charged accordingly. Check-in after 11:30 should be informed in advance to the reservation team.
  • Check-out time is from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. Late check-out until 6:00 pm will be considered as a half-day, and post 6:00 pm will be taken as a full day.
  • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability or should be prebooked and will be charged accordingly.
  • In case of early check-out (before the check-out date), full reservation charges will be applied, and the hotel is not liable for any refund in any condition or situation.

Cancellation:

  • Bookings can be canceled 14 days before the check-in date, and a full refund will be given within 2-4 bank working days.
  • Cancellation or modification of “New Year” bookings/dates is not accepted/allowed (i.e., 23rd December to 2nd January).

Modification:

  • Any booking can be modified (7 days before the check-in date), i.e., preponed or postponed, and accordingly, your advance payment will be adjusted.
  • Modification of “New Year” bookings/dates is not accepted/allowed (i.e., 23rd December to 2nd January).
  • The number of rooms and nights cannot be changed and will stay the same as your original booking; only date changes can be done.
  • Choosing dates of public holidays, special days, new year, is not allowed or depends on management approval for modification.
  • All modifications are subject to the availability of rooms on your chosen dates.
  • Rates of the chosen dates will be applicable, and if there is any rate change, the guest will be informed before confirming the modification and is liable to pay.

Bedding Type Requests:

  • Bedding will be provided according to the number of members included in the booking and mentioned in the room type. The maximum number of beds and adults permitted by the room size.
  • Any additional person/bed will be charged accordingly if not included in the booking.

Child and Adults Policies:

  • Infants (0 to 5 years) stay for free using the same bed.
  • Children (6 to 12 years) will be charged according to the child rate.
  • Adults (13 years and above) will be charged according to the adults’ rate.

The Fine Print:

  • Guests are required to pay any outstanding balances upon arrival/check-in.
  • Government-issued photo ID is required to check in at the hotel.
  • We only accept cash payment/UPI/Bank Transfer.
  • Card payments are only accepted using an online payment link, and an additional charge may be applicable.

Additional Policies:

  • Smoking and drinking are allowed inside the room only.
  • The hotel does not allow pets, parties, or events.
  • Visitors are allowed until 6:00 pm and depend on hotel approval.
  • Extra persons from outside bookings should check-in with the main guest and will not be allowed post check-in or full information of the extra person should be provided during check-in if late arrival failing to do so will be subjected to denial.
  • If anything in the room is not up to the mark, broken, missing, or damaged, please inform it to the in-house staff member or receptionist.
  • Any damage or anything missing from the room or hotel during check-out will be charged accordingly.
  • Lady guests or individuals with ill repute will not be allowed at any time; rooms are to be occupied by the guest the room is allotted to.
